AdU to "I Do"

She's from Cavite, he's from Bulacan — two students who crossed paths at Adamson University as Geology majors and blockmates.

On day one, Angel thought Harold had the looks. Harold, on the other hand, thought Angel was a bit too loud... and slightly annoying.

(His words, not hers.)

And that was it.

No sparks, no love at first sight, no cheesy background music. Just two classmates going about their own lives, surrounded by different circles of friends.

Little did they know, the tectonic plates of fate were already shifting.

Everything changed during a group report in Theology class. Angel was the group leader, Harold... was MIA — off playing computer games with friends instead.

Feeling guilty, Harold asked a classmate for Angel's number. Not to flirt, but to apologize (at least that's what he claimed.)

The message started with a line:
"You've got that smile, that only heaven can make"

Followed by "Sorry po".

That random sorry message sparked a conversation that never really stopped.

By 2013, they realized how much they genuinely enjoyed being around each other. During a fieldwork in Baguio, Harold gave Angel a necklace for her birthday. A simple gift, but a turning point. That’s when something quiet and steady began to grow. They kept things lowkey—study first, love second.

The rest, as they say, is history.

Study sessions, fieldworks, and shared lunches.

From college hallways to forever highways.

From rocks and reports to rings and vows.

From AdU, they will finally say "I do".

With the blessings of our parents and the love that has guided us from the start, our journey took a beautiful new turn.

In a moment filled with joy, love, and a little bit of happy tears, the question was asked, and with a heartfelt 'yes,' our forever began.

It wasn’t just about the ring or the surprise, but about the promise we made—to cherish, to grow, and to walk hand in hand through life’s greatest adventures.

Now, with hearts full of gratitude, we can’t wait to celebrate this love with all of you!
